Worked on understanding Li-ion battery degradation mechanism during cycling- Developed internal standard operating procedures for characterizing batteries using SEM, EDS, XPS, XRD, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), IRCo-supervised Mechanical Engineering graduate student and College students in prototyping of Spectroelectrochemical cells developed during my PhD project

- Updated the cosmetic ingredients chemical database - Trained staff on chemical nomenclature and how to access the updated database

- Analysed food samples for protein, fat, ash, dry matter, fibre, minerals, weight and pH

- Analyzed soil and water samples for pH, conductivity, and turbidity- Conceived and implemented a cost-saving recycling system from generated waste of centrifuge tubes

- Provided support to Brewing and Packing Quality Team - Analyzed raw materials, in-process products, and finished products for alcohol, acetaldehyde, total volume, dissolved oxygen, colour, foam stability, and pH - Received Innovation of the Month Awards for; i) developing and implementing an efficient filing and tracking system, ii) implementing approaches to mitigate raw materials contamination
