Instead, Bairn focuses on word of mouth advertisement, and referrals through co-creation of compelling, high-end, narrative-driven original media such as micro-documentaries, documentaries, commercials, film & TV series and experiential events. Bairn was founded in 2017 by Thomas & Evans Nguyen, second generation Vietnamese American immigrants. Their families moved from Vietnam to pursue a better life. Amongst other communities affected by war, Thomas & Evans’ families have experienced the after effects of intolerance, misunderstanding, and indiscriminate conflict. In effort to help shape a brighter world, Thomas & Evans believe story-telling can be a powerful method to bridge cultural/personal understanding and inspire positive action.Why was Bairn created?We created Bairn because of our burning desire to do timeless, ethical, challenging, and purposeful work through storytelling and inspire future generations in positive ways.What differentiates Bairn from other studios?In an industry notorious for hierarchy and less diverse creative leads, Bairn cares for, accompanies, and includes a bright, culturally diverse array of individuals to foster community and ingenuity.
