My mission is to help men break free from emotional and mental barriers, to get what they want in life, love, and leadership.Through over 2,500 coaching hours and advanced certifications in transformational coaching, shadow work, and emotional healing, I’ve guided countless men to achieve personal transformations and breakthroughs. Prior to coaching I was a personal trainer for over a decade and an international athlete representing the Philippines in Rugby 7s My StoryI wasn’t always the man I am today. Growing up shy and introverted, I constantly doubted myself and struggled with crippling anxiety and depression. These challenges followed me into adulthood, manifesting in strained relationships and an overwhelming fear of rejection. For years, I sought external validation, hiding my true self behind a mask of people-pleasing and overachievement.The turning point came when I began working with a coach who helped me confront my limiting beliefs and heal from past wounds.
