I am a recent graduate from the University at Buffalo with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering B.S. and a master’s in Business Administration. Hard work and determination are two of my strongest characteristics as I am always pushing myself to exceed expectations while being determined to produce the best possible outcome. I have learned in past experiences that being a leader is not defined as taking charge but in simplistic terms, a leader is someone who displays excellence and helps others achieve it as well. I have been given the opportunity to hold leadership roles throughout my college experience as well as being a member of a team. With this experience comes many skills such as patience, communication, leadership and much more. Throughout my professional career I have been an intern with the United States Army Corps of Engineers, Morgan Stanley/Hines, the Ghana Global Project and University at Buffalo Entrepreneurship Clinic which has given me an insight into the work force while equipping me with all the necessary skills to succeed. I am a firm believer that experience is the key to success and self-growth.One thing about me is that I love a challenge! I have been told that I have the ability to be deeply analytical while also being incredibly creative. I strive to use facts to come up with solutions while also thinking about alternatives. Although I may have one way of completing a task, I understand that there are other solutions to produce the same outcome and love to hear alternative solutions.
