- Drives execution of the production readiness plan to ensure all technical, raw material, packaging and label components are staged and available for production prior to the agreed upon start date at the toller. - Neatly prepares production packets and distributes to tollers in a timely manner to ensure the smooth startup of production. Packets include information regarding total volume, pack-splits, timing, and special instructions (i.e. rework, approved alternate inerts, etc.) as well as all critical manufacturing related documents. - Posts all production in Microsoft Dynamics AX and communicates availability and location to fill open orders or otherwise, DRP for future sales. - Executes end of campaign (EOC) reconciliation process, which includes an actual consumptions vs. bill of material consumption review. Any discrepancies are reviewed, corrected, and adjusted as needed in the system to ensure inventory accuracy. - Reviews all toll manufacturing invoices for accuracy and resolves discrepancies, as necessary.

This includes initiating, executing, and posting receipts of existing inventory and coordinating inbound shipments of new purchases from suppliers with the assistance of the procurement team. - Prepares monthly inbound reports and shares with tollers and warehouses as needed to ensure delivery acceptance and production schedule adherence.- Ad Hoc material transfer to support operations and sales team (i.e. shipping customers replacement cases, measuring devices, etc.).
