Managing the portfolio of investments made by International Recruitment Investors across Asia. This involves working closely with the leadership of the various businesses at a strategic level.The key focus of the role was strategy, change and transformation of the businesses, across People, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Back Office and internal Human Resources areas such as Training, Development, Engagement and Recruitment. The objective being to increase business performance, sustainability , productivity and profitability.The role involves developing business wide engagement to drive change, translating high level concepts, such as business values, into detailed processes, data and systems that provide leadership teams the resources needed to perform and achieve maximum productivity levels.
