I serve alongside fifteen other highly motivated and invested athletes in USA Swimming to be the highest voice for 2-year athletes in USA Swimming. In this role, I advocate, advise, and work directly to better the athlete experience through programs, events, and athlete engagement.

I contribute to key decisions about senior-level and national-level swimming within the USA Swimming. This includes USA Swimming-sponsored and national pyramid championship time standards, quad planning, national junior team camp structures, and event operations review. I was appointed to a two-year term on the SDC after my service on the National Officials Committee and currently serve as one of the committee's 2-year athlete voting delegates in the USA Swimming House of Delegates. To inspire excellence, I work closely with USA Swimming Staff, National Team, and National Junior Team Liaisons to ensure quality at the highest level.

I participated in discussions and the evaluation of officials' affairs and standards within USA Swimming. I was appointed to a two-year term on this committee. This includes the major projects of developing new standards for officials' certifications and educational programming for officials both entering the role and experienced officials.

Using a modified approach to the NCAA Division I CHAMPS/Life Skills Program to the Division III level, we leveraged our resources with campus partners to inspire others, impact the community, and innovate with their team with discussions.
