For over 28 years, I have been leading a practice that offers counseling and therapy services for a variety of mental health issues and life challenges. As the founder and executive director of Evanston Counseling, PLLC I am passionate about building a community of like-minded practitioners and professionals who can share knowledge, resources, and referrals, and provide quality care for our clients.My personal specialty is working with women who are struggling with anxiety, chronic pain, life transitions, and college stress. I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and hypnotherapy to help people find more happiness, satisfaction, and self-acceptance in their lives. I also support our growing team of therapists who have expertise in working with other populations and modalities, such as relationships, teens, young adults, couples, trauma, gender affirming therapy, and online therapy. My mission is to help heal hurts from the past and present, and empower people to discover who they want to be, without fear of judgment.
