All Betty's Children is a 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization founded in honor of my mother, Betty Evans, and is dedicated to comforting families confronting cancer. As a board member I have 1/7 vote on all major issues concerning the organization such as the budget. Our annual fundraiser's include a golf tournament and wine tasting in Tecumseh, NE that I help plan and execute. Public outreach is another service I provide such as attending benefits. My area of research is in Wireless Multi-hop Cognitive Radio Networks. As an undergraduate I developed a testbed with software defined radios and Ubuntu laptops. Currently, I am completing two manuscripts describing my work for an industry journal and conference. Also, I am continuing my research and developing my own models to compare results on the testbed.

Assisting professor and two graduate students in Cognitive Radio research. Working with Linux to set up a test bed, enabling a wide array of algorithms and protocols to be tested.

Signal analysis for distributed antenna systems (DAS) projects. Plots include return loss (RL), distance to fault (DTF), Data Pro, and antenna isolation tests. Another responsibility included collecting data and writing close out packages to submit to clients.

Assembly, testing, and repairing robots built for STEM (Sci, Tech, Eng and Math) which is a program to get kids K-12 interested in those fields. These robots are called CEENBoTS because CEEN is the Computer and Electronic Engineering department.

I changed roles within the company to allow me to go to school full time.
