• Responsible for the daily operations of the pool from opening the facility and maintaining consistent maintenance checks, to supervising instructional and guard shifts with over 1000 daily customers.• Effectively organized a team of 15 lifeguards in instructing and guarding the busiest pool in Mississauga while attending to and overseeing any and all emergencies in or around the community centre.• Evaluated co-workers daily performance while receiving feedback on my own performance successfully receiving “above expectations” on all seasonal reviews.• Maintains qualifications in Advance Instructors/Examiners, First Aid Instructors, Standard First Aid and CPR C, National Lifeguard Service, Automated External Defibrillator, Swim Instructor and Aquatic Supervisor Certified.

The MSU College of Law Alvin L. Storrs Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic is a free legal-aid clinic that provides legal services to low-income taxpayers who are in controversy with the Internal Revenue Service and educational services relating to tax matters to those for whom English is a second language. We will arrange to meet with clients at other times on an as-needed basis. The Tax Clinic also provides important tax-related legal services to indigent Michigan taxpayers.I directly work my own clients in all tax matters ranging from filing back tax returns, collections, and navigating IRS and Michigan Treasury policies and procedures. Under the tutelage of Professor Joshua Wease and Christina Thompson I develop strategies for each client addressing their individual needs. I am the primary contact with clients informing them of the progress of their file, our goals and game plan moving forward, and relaying the outcome of their case. Building client relationships is essential as I fill out and request documents for installment agreements, offer in compromise applications, and currently not collectable status. The Alvin L. Storrs Low Income Tax Clinic operates as a law office. I have become proficient in Practice Master, ATX, and the tracking of hours.

• Executed over 20 successful house events, while supervising the Residence ProgrammingCommittee, organising two campus wide events a semester, catering to over 4800residents• Oversaw and organised a team of 7 Dons; from scheduling, building programming,meetings, and training.•Effectively administered the rules and regulations of the residences building, responding to all emergencies, thoroughly inspecting the building a minimum of twice a night, filling out a host of administrative paperwork and daily work logs.
