Under my leadership, we created a new brand and mission and integrated our digital and print media with a traditional media plan. Beginning as an intern, I was promoted multiple times throughout 2007 and 2008, finally serving as Regional Field Director throughout the General Election. As Regional Field Director, I managed 9 Field Organizers in 2 counties and 31 full-time interns.Key accomplishments:-Exceeded our regional vote goal, delivering 54.9% of the overall votes cast for.
