In my role as founder at Rally Point, I have played a pivotal role in its growth from launch two years ago to six offices and a team of 13 staff members. Throughout my time with Wayside, I made substantial contributions to the personal and professional development of men enrolled in a rehabilitation program. I successfully managed a sales floor consisting of seven staff members, overseeing the operations of a resale business model. My responsibilities included training employees on sales techniques, managing cash flow and profit expectations, and coordinating supply restocks and delivery operations. I fostered a supportive work environment, providing guidance and mentoring to the team, and promoting their growth. As an Intern & Adjunct Staff Member (Ministry Assistant) at Christ Community Church, I made significant contributions to various initiatives. I co-created a groups program focusing on mental health support for high school students, incorporating elements of milieu therapy and addiction support. Additionally, I provided valuable support to the Student Outreach Director in planning and executing large-scale events, reaching audiences of 200 to 3500 attendees. I delivered bi-weekly speeches to 80 middle-school students, effectively conveying engaging messages, and I played a key role in crafting messaging content for summer camps involving 800 students and 100 adults.
