As the Sr. Director of Advancement at One Collective, a global non-profit specializing in holistic community-centered work, I am responsible for the global marketing presence of the organization and helping leaders around the world unlock targeted creative strategies that engage their audiences and drive lasting change.In this role, I lead and implement organization-wide growth, communication, and marketing strategies - including managing a department responsible for digital and print content marketing, advertising, brand and language strategy, video production, cross-department marketing funnels, photography, web management, and media. In addition, I serve as a member of the senior leadership team, contributing to organizational leadership direction and global strategy.

In my role as founder at Rally Point, I have played a pivotal role in its growth from launch two years ago to six offices and a team of 13 staff members. I manage various aspects of the center's operations, overseeing insurance credentialing and billing, client intake processes, HIPAA compliance, and privacy measures to ensure a great experience for our clients. Additionally, I spearhead local marketing initiatives, develop an informative and user-friendly marketing presence, and establish valuable partnerships with community organizations and referral sources.

As an experienced marketing and communications specialist - I help companies and organizations reach the people who matter most to them. Across 15 years of marketing experience - I have helped hundreds of people clarify their message, develop brands that stand out, create and manage marketing and sales funnels, understand key audiences, develop web presence, create content, and ultimately - engage their audiences. In addition, I am an experienced graphic designer, photographer, and videographer who has worked in the US and internationally.

As an Assistant Editor/Videographer, I produced and edited a wide range of high-quality videos that captivated audiences and resulted in increased engagement and viewership across various platforms. I edited hundreds of videos, including advertisements, short stories, and company brand and culture shorts. I also assisted with filming significant events in Chicagoland and across the US, such as bike races and timelapse shots for state and national parks. By employing advanced editing techniques, including seamless transitions, color grading, and audio enhancements, I elevated the narrative and evoked emotional responses from viewers. Additionally, I had the opportunity to travel internationally to film short stories and capture captivating b-roll footage for documentary-style videos. Through close collaboration with other professionals and team members, I fostered a cohesive and creative work environment, leading to successful video projects and satisfied clients.

Throughout my time with Wayside, I made substantial contributions to the personal and professional development of men enrolled in a rehabilitation program. I successfully managed a sales floor consisting of seven staff members, overseeing the operations of a resale business model. My responsibilities included training employees on sales techniques, managing cash flow and profit expectations, and coordinating supply restocks and delivery operations. I fostered a supportive work environment, providing guidance and mentoring to the team, and promoting their growth. By implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive sales, I achieved significant improvements in customer retention and store profitability.

As an Intern & Adjunct Staff Member (Ministry Assistant) at Christ Community Church, I made significant contributions to various initiatives. I co-created a groups program focusing on mental health support for high school students, incorporating elements of milieu therapy and addiction support. Additionally, I provided valuable support to the Student Outreach Director in planning and executing large-scale events, reaching audiences of 200 to 3500 attendees. I delivered bi-weekly speeches to 80 middle-school students, effectively conveying engaging messages, and I played a key role in crafting messaging content for summer camps involving 800 students and 100 adults.
