I maintain a national practice advising and representing corporate policyholders in complex insurance recovery and other commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts around the United States. My clients include a variety of companies ranging from Fortune 50 corporations to mid-market privately held businesses, including "big box" retailers, manufacturers of heavy trucks and agricultural equipment, real estate developers, oil refineries, pharmaceutical manufacturers, landfill operators, manufacturers of plumbing products, construction contractors and subcontractors, processed food manufacturers, and scrap metal dealers. I have extensive experience advising policyholders and resolving disputes involving insurance coverage under commercial general liability, pollution liability, first party property, errors and omissions, and directors and officers insurance policies.In addition to my broad-based insurance recovery practice, I have successfully represented plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of commercial and construction disputes, including the prosecution and defense of breach of contract and delay damage claims against general contractors and subcontractors, partnership disputes, and the prosecution of voidable preference litigation in Chapter 11 proceedings on behalf of a creditor trust.
