The RSPCA School for Dogs commercial team required technical advise and support with their existing web based platform, which manages their e-commerce transactions, class attendance for trainers and franchisees.I am the key lead in implementing change in their customer booking interface, which involves server and software updates, cutover strategies and maintenance. My intent is to manage change within the system to help meet changing requirements of both customers and franchisees.The booking system interface for the platform has been successfully implemented with latest software to support future development plans. Also implemented a simple documentation process to keep stake holders up to date on progress and required changes to be incorporated in future funding.

Developed by myself and supported on AWS (Amazon Web Services) for small businesses in the NDIS space.• Providing Technology Assistive services for NDIS participates, helping address technology issues anything from Internet services to how to configure electronic devices (I.e IPADs).

- Received COO extreme award in 2013 for development and deployed IOS field App.- Utilised Agile project management principles in the delivery of IT initiatives to support the commercial objectives of the business.- Developed a field App called PICs (Pit Information Capturing) which is used extensively throughout NBN delivery by more than 2,000 users per day. It has proved pivotal in the delivery of the $300M revenue in PDSA (FTTN network) & HDA (HFC migration/build for NBN) programs. Enabled integration of field work with design teams to deliver complete designs for NBN Co construction program.- Automated the process of capturing billing information for financials for rod & roping duct activities. Bringing technology to eliminate administrative work in the collation and itemising for billing purposes, all automated within systems.- Developed a live geospatial map interface that presents and captures more detail of the design in an easy to use and readable format. Resulting in improved productivity and reduction in duplication within field staff.- Adjust the interface for FTTC (Fibre To The Curb) to meet changing needs of users based on their feedback. - Developed Field app called MP (Mdu Plans) to capture the design in multi dwelling units to build new telecommunications equipment. Resulting in a more simplified and cost effective process for capturing field data, including photos from site which is then used by the design teams.- Developed Field app called ‘HFC Audit’ for the Telstra’s Operations and Maintenance Master Agreement (OMMA) to support the testing and as required maintenance of connectors and lead-in cables on the HFC network. A more efficient way to store the photo evidence required by NBN Co back to a central repository.
