With over 20 years of experience in sales, HR leadership and consulting, I am passionate about developing organizations, teams, and individuals to achieve their full potential. I have a proven track record of delivering strategic and tactical solutions for the 'hard' and 'soft' aspects of HR, such as compliance, compensation and benefits, sustainability, design, leadership development, L&D, performance, talent, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.After heading up the HR function at an international not for profit organization, where I lead and implemented HR projects across multiple regions and functions, aligning them with the company goals and values, I have joined Barry Callebaut, again as a freelancer, to support the business through a transformation and restructuring. Bringing experience in both profit and not-for-profit, large corporations and scale-ups, I enjoy new challenges and environments.
