PC Meister is a new small UK based company devoted to bring computers for all needs at premium quality and at the best prices. We offer a huge range of computers for all Work, Home and Gaming needs.

What I was responsible for: • Setting up sale screens called Phoenix Dashboard (Microsoft Dynamics). • Checking, troubleshooting and resolving tickets to do with a number of different items from software (Windows 10 updates), firmware(headsets that need updating) and hardware(Replacing a workstation or replacing parts of a PC). • Meeting room checks, making sure that all IT services are working properly. • Encrypting laptops and making them ready for users. • Setting a laptop up onto a VPN. • Imaging workstations so we there are spare ones to use. • Changing and updating a workstations BIOS. • Configuration of a PC(Building and testing) organising what parts are missing and what needs to be ordered. • Setting up Monitors. • Setting up docking stations. • Loading One Drive on to laptops. • Changing printer ink cartridges. • Checking printer is working fully (copier, scanner and general printing). • Answering calls and adding tickets.What learned about: • Network topology. • Command Prompt. • System BIOS(laptop and PC). • How to use outlook properly. • How to go about updating, disabling and enabling drivers. • How to use Fuze App. • How to set up multiple displays. • How to use LanDesk for provisioning and imaging PC’s and laptops. • How to find a devices MAC address. • Resetting passwords. • Full use of task manager. • Full use of device manager. • Full use of control panel. • How to decrypt a device. • How to detect LAN issues and server issues, how to report them as a major incident.

• Responsible for stock taking, organisation of cellar and ordering to replenish stock• Recommending wine pairing with food• Creating cocktails, custom requests and company recipes • Extensive knowledge of wines, cocktails, spirits, draft/bottled beer and coffee• Training team members on wine and cocktail pairing with food

• Transporting of all wine orders, presenting, serving and sales of some of the most exclusives wines in the world• Food pairing with wines• Organisation and re-stocking of wine cellar• Training to be a Sommelier whilst training other team members about food and wine pairing
