• As a intern at Conexon, I was placed on an improvement team tasked with building a “Training Hub” to unite all of the department's training resources. Highlights:
• Streamlined the training process for over 300 employees by working with an improvement team of 6 coworkers across separate departments to design and build a custom Sharepoint site
• Built a cohesive environment across the Sharepoint “Training Hub” by creating a comprehensive design system, including 14 custom illustrations and web layouts
• Improved the file organization systems for 6 departments by moving and re-organizing 373 documents; coordinating with key stakeholders from each department

• As a freelance designer I focused on brand identity design, creating visuals that conveyed the ethos of the brands I was working with.Highlights:
• Created logos and identity systems for 4 clients, spanning 3 industries, using the proprietary discovery process and reoccurring meetings with each client
• Created a unique discovery process tailored to each client, improved by trial and error and research that grew a better understanding of brand identity
• Delivered a total of over 50 assets, ranging from social media templates to letterhead, all created with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

• Took various portraits of high school seniors, edited in Lightroom, natural lighting championHighlights:
• Planned and organized 17 photo shoots with separate clients– utilized word-of-mouth marketing and client recommendations
• Took over 300 photos for each client and consistently delivered 40 edited and retouched photos within a week of the photo shoot
• Received additional payment on top of the agreed fee from 4 clients due to strong interpersonal skills and quick turn-around deliveries
