Lead FactSet's Dev Ops infrastructure engineering department and associated organizational transformation. My global engineering department of 45+ engineers improved the quality, release velocity and productivity of FactSet's products and our Engineers through leveraging cloud-based platforms and developing new tooling, services and training that transform how we collaborate, build and ship our code.

Developed FactSet's strategy to transition to comprehensive automated testing and shift it earlier in the development process. Implemented these changes into the entire Engineering and Product Development organizations while leading the formal development of the tools, services & training to accomplish this transformation.
