- Lead 3-member sub-team to accomplish subsystem/system level testing for a mobile rocket engine test stand and a 600 lbf. LOX-Ethanol bipropellant, pressure-fed ablative chamber engine - Conduct water flow testing, liquid-nitrogen cold flow testing, and lead test logistics planning, site planning, task delegation, and in-field test operations for two green run validation test campaigns of an ablative chamber engine- Develop test requirements and collaborate with other sub-teams to write test plans, procedures, and contingency plans- Draw and update piping and instrumentation diagrams for rocket engine test stand and general test setups- Write standard operating procedures for engine test stand leak checking, pressure calibration, and propellant loading- Develop test fixtures for component and subsystem leak checking and hydrostatic proof testing- Prepare and present test readiness reviews, team safety briefings, and post-test evaluation reports - Write product and verification requirements for rocket engine test stand propellant feed system cleanliness and oxygen compatibility using ASTM G88, NASA SP-2016-6105, and NASA LAPG 1740.5- Perform assembly/disassembly of components including control valves, pressure reducing regulators, and solenoid valves and lead oxygen cleaning for components and piping assemblies
