My tenure as co-CEO was from September '23 to July '24, where I led Zester from launch to profitability and market establishment. Since July '24, I have transitioned to a focused leadership role on architecting and executing long-term company growth and maximizing social impact. My role as CDO includes: - Identifying long-term KPIs and target milestones for financial and social impact.- Constructing a whole-company growth and development strategy across markets, services and clients. - Directing departments and delegating objectives to achieve our strategy goals. - Spearheading client acquisition in schools and corporates in HK and the Greater Bay Area, inorganic growth projects and value-maximization of existing clients.- Utilizing customer feedback and market needs analysis to develop new, innovative products and solutions to maximize social impact.

Zester is a 24-member strong company developing and selling educational card games to develop awareness of UN Sustainable Development Goals and build global citizenship within communities. We target the lack of a fun and engaging tool to build an ESG and SDG rich environment, and partner with schools, companies and NGOs to help meet their educational or organizational aims. My role as CEO includes: - Inspiring a shared vision and motivation among team members; building a fun, efficient and transparent company culture. - Directing the agile product development process to completion- Supplier relations and supply chain management- Seeking, securing and overseeing company financing, including the sale of shares- Managing direct-marketing to schools, companies and NGOs

- Teaching students about Model United Nations, International Relations, and various soft skills required (communication, leadership, critical thinking)- Organizing club sessions, including lesson material - Personally coached over 150 students aged 14-16 over a period of 2 years.

- Co-founding and leading the group working to organize a TEDxIsland School event and the relevant preparatory sessions through TED-Ed. - Liaising with the school senior leadership for logistical organization- Pitched for, and was awarded, $5000 HKD in funding from the school Trust.- TEDx License Holder and Organizer(Note: I do not, and have not, worked for TED or any of its subsidiary organizations. Worked over a period of 2 months at Asian Cultural Council Hong Kong as a summer intern. Main duties included: - Developing a robust database system featuring an intuitive user interface, aimed at enhancing the company's donor and prospective donor management, outreach, and marketing capabilities for improved efficiency.- Numerous responsibilities encompassing office administration, promotional material translation, and efficient organization of office space.
