My approach to Innovation in large organisations combines design thinking, systems thinking and futures thinking to create the right space, pace, insights, and culture to be truly future fit. During 2014-2019, I held roles within the startup ecosystem across BizDojo, GridAKL and Startup Grind and adore the energy, passion and chaos that early stage business hold. Prior to that, I helped scale DJCA (Xero’s first platinum accounting partner), which saw the Christchurch based service business expand all the way to London.
