After selling 80% of shares, as a leader-in-transition (daviso agency >> clavis) responsible for coordinating the transformational period.Key duties include supporting the board’s transition work, help the organization get ready for the successor, preparing a handoff plan, managing internal requests for change, consulting management on the risk factors of implementing changes, facilitating approved transition processes, such as upgrading software or changing customer service policies.

I built the agency from scratch. After 18 years of solid growth, a CAGR of 21.5%, I sold 80% of my shares.

The agency formed and executed brand and communication strategies for clients, was regional market leader for strategic communications, press/media relations, content marketing for all channels across Italy, Germany, Switzerland and Austria. The agency had a focus in F&B (40% of turnover) with a specialization in wine.

Accountable for business and product development, P&L, strategic relations with executive stakeholders. Responsible for the set-up of the organizational structure, team coordination/people development and leadership.
