To Generate CDR reports from 3rd party portal as required.Additional secondary responsibilities:-Responsible for identifying telco carriers providing service to Procter & Gamble locations, researching and acquiring information on telco services.-Resolving service issues, updating trouble reports, creating reports, coordinating Letters of Agency, identifying and documenting telco escalation contacts, attend meetings via teleconference, and other general duties related to carriers and their services
