As part of my MSc Business Analytics with specialization in Operational Research and Data Science I carried out a company sponsored dissertation. The objective was to study Lufthansa Cargo Servicios Logísticos de México Operational and Environmental Sustainability. This research established a mechanism and basis to help LCSLM measure and understand their path towards becoming sustainable. This help us understand the air freighter strong/weak points in their Mexico station. Worked directly with Warehouse process manager and sustainability agent. Coordinated different online workshops with 5 stakeholders using Miro platform.
