I participated in the design and supervised the implementation of several research projects in the Dominican Republic, Peru, Chile and the US (New Haven - CT) aimed to improve families' education investments and the efficiency of.

Led the design of the fieldwork training program for the “Service Delivery Indicators surveys”. Products were used to start operations in Kenya, Bhutan, Guatemala, and Moldova.

I participate in research projects that seek to evaluate through experimental designs: (i) the impacts of providing information on the returns of education to dropout rates and higher education decisions (working together with Minedu-Lab); (ii) the effects of the integration of networks inside universities on academic results and student’s employability.I.

I analyzed administrative data and conducted in-depth interviews with government officers to elaborate a diagnosis, propose monitoring indicators, and recommendations to improve the affiliation process (Punto Solidario system) of the Dominican Republic Cash Transfer Program (Supérate).

I performed econometric analysis to study the digital divide, its associated factors, and the ICT appropriation patterns in urban contexts: multivariate regressions, discrete choice models and evaluation methods. With these analyses, I wrote papers and policy briefs about ICT usage in three metropolitan cities of Latin America. Two peer-review publications.
