Provide performance management, career counselling, career development, disciplinary actions, etc.• Provide guidance on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including restructuring and workforce planning, succession planning and organizational effectiveness• Review and analyze business and people metrics - data on retention and employee experience to understand underlying trends or issues• Support with the modernization journey of the HR Function, supporting greater adoption of manager self-service and advocating for ongoing continuous improvement• Collaborate and partner with OCHR team and CoEs - Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Organization Effectiveness, Culture and Talent etc. on projects, programs. Providing critical business insight to influence the design and deployment of SPS European Business activity and goals• Maintain knowledge of broad legal requirements related to employee relations to mitigate legal and reputational risks in early stages.
