• I led teams in the development of Health Information Exchange endpoints (APIs) between several National Lab Information Systems that led to the trisection of service delivery turnaround times through my work on clinical decision support systems.• I was responsible for advising the Government/Ministry of Health and stakeholders on technology opportunities, data security (risks and mitigation strategies), systems de-duplication, interoperability and end-user experience optimization.• I used tools like JavaScript, Python, PHP, SQL, Figma, Trello and Git to provide technical assistance for the planning, designing, development, and maintenance of new and improved monitoring processes, information systems and databases to expedite data management.• I supported in writing software terms of reference, requirements analysis, Request for Proposal documents (RFPs) for our internal systems, vendor selection, user-tests, and software user manuals.• I trained thousands of healthcare professionals on systems, data privacy and management, supported user-trouble report handling• I led teams in daily scrums and mentored new technical persons on the team
