As the accounts payable manager I was involve in managing the company's financial obligations to vendors, suppliers, and creditors. I was responsible for ensuring that bills were paid accurately and on time, and that invoices were authorized. During my time in the company I maintained good relationships with suppliers and keeping financial records accurate and payments on time and ensure that all discounts were taken, some functions were:● Manage the EPR Solar Eclipse software to track the operations and check daily, weekly and monthly reports.● Data entry for each vendor account.● Monitor records for changes that misaligned.● Being involved with the company team to clear discrepancy in P/O, Packing list or invoices.● 3 way matching and full cycle process
