Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the Foundation’s mission to address the needs of individuals and families affected by sickle cell anemia.Program Management: Oversee the design, execution, and evaluation of programs aimed at increasing awareness, advancing research, and providing support to those impacted by sickle cell anemia.Budgeting: Manage the Foundation’s budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively to support program objectives.Fundraising: Lead fundraising initiatives, including donor engagement and grant writing, to secure the financial resources necessary for the Foundation’s operations and growth.Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, researchers, donors, and community organizations, to enhance the impact of the Foundation’s work.Advocacy: Advocate for policies and initiatives that improve the quality of life for individuals living with sickle cell anemia, both at the local and national levels.Team Coordination: Coordinate the activities of staff and volunteers, ensuring that projects are executed on time and within scope.Reporting: Monitor and report on program outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Qualifications:# Proven experience in program management, preferably within a non-profit or healthcare setting.# Strong leadership and organizational skills.# Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.# Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and fundraising initiatives.
