Primary Role: Act as the primary business partner and finance liaison for the U.S. Pharma Biologics Process Development Org (PTDU). PTDU (230M) is the U.S based group responsible for biologics process development for all phases of R&D and commercial manufacturing. The group also conducts device development and testing as well as supports process analysis and trouble-shooting for large molecule processes throughout the US manufacturing network.My responsibilities include supporting PTD Finance leadership team goals as well as functional cost management, forecasting, and strategic analysis and decision support. Also acted as the finance liaison with R&D Finance (gRED, GPD and Medical Affairs) for management, consolidation and forecasting of R&D project variable costs (PVC's).

Primary role: Build and maintain an effective business partnership between the G&A Finance team and the Site Services organization and leadership team.• Support the VP of Site Services as a strategic business partner by providing financial analysis and decision support while developing and ensuring sound integrated financial practices and processes while helping to drive the business to achieve its goals.• Manage daily management of the $250M+ Site Service expense budget, monthly Performance Reporting and Forecasting, monthly accounting close (entries, accruals, reconciliations etc.), annual Budgeting, Long Range Planning and various ad-hoc process requirements• Provide support for G&A Finance projects and initiatives including integration projects, OE related activities, and overhead analysis for corporate allocations. • Acted as the finance lead for the Site Services FSCC project (OE) which streamlined outsourced vendor contracting process/practices resulting in over $10M in YoY expense savings (2010-11)• Participated as the finance lead for the MRO Inventory Reduction Initiative tasked with aligning and consolidating multi-site inventory expense analysis in order to drive greater inventory management efficiency. The effort resulted in over $5M in expense savings while integrating multi-site mgmt practices, improving critical inventory availability and limiting risk to manufacturing ops. This team received the 2009 Engineering PIA award for best cross-functional project.

• Managed FP&A processes for California site operations and Intel Aviation program representing $74M and $32M annual spending.
