JobChallenge JobFair is the largest JobFair in Brno, organized by three universities: Masaryk University, Mendel University, and Brno University of Technology. As part of the marketing team, my primary responsibility was to develop and implement a promotional strategy for Brno University of Technology, working closely with a team of promoters to execute it effectively.

The European BEST Engineering Competition (EBEC) is an international initiative for engineering students, organized by local BEST groups across Europe. My primary responsibilities included liaising with university representatives and external associations, overseeing the entire project, and managing deadlines, finances, and the motivation of all students involved. Together, we successfully organized one online round, three faculty rounds, and a final round of the competition, which included a JobFair. The event attracted participation from 29 companies, 5 media partners, and over 200 competitors.
