Support the overall recruiting strategy with a focus in On Campus/University level recruitingSource candidates via job fairs, Indeed and linkedin.com recruiter Evaluate and screen resumes by conducting in-person, skype and/or phone interviews Managing relationships with potential candidates from initial phone screening to onboarding process Write and/or update job descriptions and post on career websites and universities boardWork with the marketing team in order to build and maintain a relationship with our company’s followers via social media channels. Create culture videos and live job descriptions. Participate in and plan such company events such as leadership programs, new hire orientation, intern team building events and exercises Assist with filling temporary positions (ex. seasonal accounting or administrative support roles) as needed Revamp the recruiting website and help to create the recruiting landing pages and maintain college recruiting career pages Consult with hiring managers to identify staff requirements and specific job objectives for various job rolesMaintain up to date records on Wiss employees via ADP and job seekers via ICIMS, our current applicant tracking system
