Act as the primary contact for all internal IT support requests
● Management of IT operations and application support for Uber Bulgaria
● Providing daily support for Uber global IT support requests
● Partnering with internal stakeholders for planning, providing and exceeding expectations
for an excellent client service experience
● Provides hardware, software, and account Service Desk support and technical education to end users on computer, mobile devices, and printers.
● Troubleshoots Mac and Windows software and hardware for end users through service
desk walk-ups, chat, video conference and Jira.
● Troubleshoots iPhone and Android mobile phones, iPads and other IT related hardware
in-office, such as printers.
● Sets up mobile phone, MDM, email, VPN, and internet access for users via secure
company network.
● General Network troubleshooting for network connectivity issues, including digital
authentication, remote access, secure Wi-Fi and wired connectivity to the internal
network.
● Procures, provisions and deploys equipment for end users
● Onboarding administration.
● Prepares new hire hardware for deployment.
● Managing warehouse inventory to facilitate proper handling and distribution of
merchandise;
● Imaging Mac and Windows laptops;
● Managing and troubleshooting audiovisual software, hardware, and equipment to
ensure teleconferencing and videoconferencing calls run smoothly;
● Overseeing the replenishment and allocation of IT inventory
● Procures AV equipment
● Manage AV tickets and drive resolutions through the ServiceNow ticketing system.
● Break/fix resolution for AV software and hardware
● Examines, designs, and implements new internal procedures to improve office procedures.
● Responsible for solving issues, driving enhancements, and improving support for all IT
related functions on a day to day basis.
● Contact and collaborate with software and hardware vendors to solve technical issues as
needed.

*Facility management, QHSE, OSH, Workplace Wellbeing and Food programs management - planning, implementation, operational management, monitor, assessment, inspections, audits, data analytics, reporting and recommendation/collaboration on actionable program improvements.

Managing all facilities functions, building and people focused services, premisses and building management, business support services, including build, move and renovations projects. Project, budget, vendor, contract and performance management. Audits, data and documents management.
*Program/project collaboration with various global, regional and local teams and departments: Workplace, HSE & Wellbeing (Health, Safety, Environment and Wellbeing), Tech (IT/AV), Security, Legal, Finance, HR, Recruitment, Events and others.
