Promoting cross-sector collaboration herself, Eva is an innovative social worker as well as a former marketer and fundraiser. Through her nonprofit career, she hopes to utilize her interdisciplinary experiences in addressing the challenges of underprivileged people in society.Growing up in Hong Kong🇭🇰, she has witnessed social changes while continuing to adapt to the new circumstances. Remaining committed to social causes and volunteering in her beloved Hong Kong, her areas of interest include 'diversity and inclusion, health and wellbeing and social entrepreneurship'.In her professional journey, Eva has served underprivileged seniors with chronic health risks and promoted an innovative approach of ‘social-medical collaboration’ in the community during the pandemic. These experiences have provided her with valuable insights into the unique challenges faced by vulnerable populations. Now she integrates related experience at an organization to create social impact by collaborating with community and corporate partners. In other words, she is the Super Connector among sectors and people in her current service. Recently she is particularly interested in integrating social innovation / entrepreneurship to the broader Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) framework. She obtained the Certified ESG Planner CEP® in 2023. With an unwavering belief in the potential of civic society to promote human wellbeing, Eva is eager to further refine her skills by joining this year's Fellowship organized by a NGO Resolve Foundation, aiming to empower future community leaders for an inclusive Hong Kong.In her leisure time, Eva learns about Artificial Intelligence and contributes to sports volunteering.致力促進跨專業合作的Eva 是一位創新型註冊社工，曾任職市場營銷和籌款人員。透過在非牟利機構的工作，她希望以自己的跨界別經驗，協助弱勢群體面對在社會上的挑戰。在香港土生土長的她目睹了社會的變遷，持續適應新的環境。她投身本地社會公益項目及積極參與義工服務，服務議題包括「多元共融」、「健康和福祉」以及「社會創業」。此外，Eva在社工專業生涯中曾為有慢性健康風險的弱勢長者服務，並在疫情期間推廣社區中的「社醫合作」創新模式，得出當中獲得非常寶貴的經驗。現在她在一家推廣社會創新及創業機構工作，通過與社區和企業夥伴的協作創造社會影響力，亦即是擔任跨界別的「超級連結者」。近年她特別有興趣將社會創新/創業整合到更廣泛的「環境、社會和治理（ESG）」框架中，並於2023年獲得了認可ESG策劃師CEP®資格。Eva 堅信參與公民社會能促進人類福祉，渴望參加今年由非牟利機構Resolve Foundation舉辦的Fellowship來進一步提升自己的技能，培育更多社區領袖，創建更多元及包容的社會而努力。Eva在閒暇時學習人工智能，亦參與體育義工服務。
