Assisted in all facets of a public literary program administration. Conducted research related to programming, created and disseminated publicity materials, provided night-of event coverage including box-office, ushering, audience Q&A, book signing, and membership patron relations. Managed special projects: social networking NEA grant implementation strategy (outreach to blogs, providing free content of event podcasts and videos); community outreach in the Downtown area (building relationships with other arts and non-profit organizations). Created and maintained organizational records.

Tested, evaluated, and promoted use of digital technology in the Division of Humanities. Held group and individual tutorials for instructors and teaching assistants; oversaw year-long roll out of new course management system; managed content of course websites; wrote several “help” articles for the CDH website.
