I was Deputy Country Manager and Chief Marketing Officer of MetLife Serbia, primarily responsible to craft and execute a strategic plan leading to a successful market entry.In parallel, I held the responsibility of Chief Marketing Officer of MetLife Bulgaria until October 2010. Highlights are summarized as follows: • Hired, mentored and led a new executive team of an insurance company at the start-up stage while successfully implementing two re-branding campaigns due to the AIG bailout that was followed by acquisition by MetLife (AIG Life → Alico → MetLife).• Developed a multi-distribution sales network from the ground up within 3 years: 220 Agents│10 Brokers│2 Bancassurance partners│20,000 clients• Implemented Bancassurance and Direct Marketing projects from A to Z (Bundled products, over the counter sales, own client base direct mail etc)• Innovative marketing & product mix and sales incentives scheme development for Agency, Brokers, Direct Marketing and Bancassurance.
