After completing my primary and secondary education in Bursa, I graduated from Control and Automation Engineering Department of Yıldız Technical University. After I studied some lessons at Bursa Uludağ University Management and Organization Master's Program up to the thesis stage and then i dropped out of this program. I completed the Ahmet Yesevi University Business Administration Non-Thesis Master's Program with High Honor Degree. I worked in the Penti Socks Factory as a Production Engineer for 1.5 years and as a TPM engineer for 1 year, in production processes and TPM activities. During my work period of nearly 2.5 years at Penti, i attended Advanced Level TPM Trainings by TPM Consultant Türker Bozunoğulları and took part in all TPM Pillar activities. I had the opportunity to experience the theoretical knowledge I acquired in practice. Currently, I work in the TPM & Kaizen PMO of Yıldızlar Yatırım Holding OPEX Department and supporting TPM and Kaizen studies in Yıldız Entegre, Yıldız Demir Çelik and İGSAŞ factories within the holding. I am pleased to produce successful works together with my teammates in an organization that adopts a continuous development culture and develops together with its employees.
