As a Digital Research Executive I support the execution of quantitative research projects at the highest level of quality through all phases of development, execution, analysis and reporting.I am specialized in the digital ecosystem.-Understand business objectives, develop research plans and questionnaire to effectively address these needs-Execute the operational processes of online research projects which include survey programming, pre-testing logic flow, data collection, fielding surveys, managing quotas. -Direct communication with external suppliers/panel providers -Manage multiple online software tools: survey programming, social media monitoring, online research communities-Unlock insights and trends from multiple data sources and create recommendations that enable action against key business objectives-Create insightful presentations and develop ways to visualize presentation data in visually engaging and easy to understand charts and graphs

-Meet and liaise with clients to negotiate and agree on research projects-Develop research proposals-Design research methods and questionnaires-Brief interviewers-Monitor the research projects' progress-Analyze and interpret data in order to identify proper solutions-Write detailed reports and present results-Advise clients/senior management for the optimal research findings‘ implementation

-Oversee the project’s scheduling and management -Oversee and manage interviewers-Liaise between departments to co-ordinate successful and timely data-delivery-Oversee projects budgets and work with Account Managers to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency are maintained-Ensure that projects are completed within timeline, budget and to the highest possible standard

Conduct telephone surveys about products, services, media, political parties, telecommunications, education, CSM, CSR etc, exit-poll surveyor. Plan and design various methods to efficiently conduct telephone interviews along with various questionnaires.

Searching and inviting respondents who meet specific eligibility criteria to take part in quantitative research projects. Informing and coordinating the different groups of participants.

Visiting businesses as a customer, following the provided scenarios and writing reports in order to evaluate customer service, product placement in stores, atmospherics.
