Edufarmers Foundation was initially founded in 2015 and currently working on enhancing agricultural productivity for smallholder farmers in Indonesia while developing youth to become future talent in agriculture industry. Since our establishment, we have helped more than 1,370 youths and 6,295 beneficiaries. Bertani Untuk Negeri is our flagship program, was first piloted in September 2020, and currently had scaled up to reach 1000+ poultry, maize, and horticulture farmers and 250 youths per batch of implementation.Roles and responsibility : - Develop and implement comprehensive program that address the specific needs of youth and smallholder farmers in the region- Design and execute initiatives that attract and engage youth in agriculture, fostering their interest and developing their skills through training, mentorship and access to resources- Identify and implement strategies to improve the livelihood of smallholder farmers, focusing on productivity enhancement and sustainability farming practices. - Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, private sector and other stakeholders to leverage resources and maximize program impact - Manage program budget, track expenses, and ensure compliance with financial regulations- Build and lead a high-performing team both in office and field operations- Develop and implement robust monitoring & evaluation system to track progress, measure impact, and identify area of improvement

Utilize a mix of digital, social media, and traditional marketing channels. - Develop compelling content including stories, videos, photos and other multimedia assets.- Cultivate relationship with media partner to coverage the programs and initiatives - Plan and execute engaging events, such as workshop, community gathering

By aligning content strategies with program objectives, ensure that educational materials effectively support participant learning and engagement.Successfully handled 3 batch academy program with 28 communities on board on the bootcamp and help them to get 8000+ supporter on their initiatives.

Roles and responsibilities : - Foster strong relationships among social communities in Indonesia to leverage the Campaign.com platform.- Utilize online approaches to engage and educate communities on effective campaign strategies.- Organize community-to-community events such as workshops and panel discussions to share best practices and foster collaboration.- Provide consultation and guidance on campaign planning and execution to empower communities in achieving their goals.- Manage multiple campaign projects for various clients, focusing on social impact and community engagement.- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction.- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to align campaign strategies with client objectives and maximize impact.Almost 2 years of working, Eva successfully engages more than 250 social communities , lead 8 projects and events also facilitate 50 training with various scales.
