• Managed the Statewide Lawyer Referral and Information Service (LRIS) 1-800 referral hotline and related projects so as to maximize service to the public and lawyers.• Compiled call center statistics, and identified referral trends. • Managed and provided content and legal information/resources to FindaLawyerNYS.org • Committee liaison to the Committee on Lawyer Referral Service and Committee on Veterans.
