Als opleidingsmanager Business Services werk ik met een gedreven docententeam en het werkveld aan opleidingen die aansluiten op de toekomst. Samen ontwikkelen we programma's die studenten klaarstomen voor een carrière in onder andere marketing & communicatie, juridische dienstverlening, verzekeringen & HR, office & management support en bedrijfsadministratie.

At Motopp, we transform high-potential newcomers into IT experts, offering them extensive mentorship and support to launch their careers at companies such as Siemens, Nationale Postcode Loterij, NS, ABN Amro, and more. In addition to overseeing candidate recruitment and partnerships with municipalities, I am tasked with managing the positioning and marketing communications strategy for Motopp.

In my role, I collaborate with municipalities, alumni, and partner organizations to identify and secure suitable candidates for Motopp traineeships.

- Program management of Internships in the Valley, a triple-helix initiative by the Dutch Consulate in San Francisco, 13 research universities, The Netherland-America Foundation and Silicon Valley industry. The program connects Netherland's brightest Master and PhD talent with internship positions in the US: www.internshipsinthevalley.org- Co-develop internationalisation agenda- Programming of incoming delegations focused on entrepreneurship- Institutional coordinator of the University Social Responsibility Network.- Restructuring and positioning of VU Center for Entrepreneurship. Interim assignment at the School of Business and Economics.

VU Amsterdam is on a mission to become more entrepreneurial. As part of the VU strategy 20-25, our team initiates and facilitates:- Development of VU StartHub: a community with affordable office space for enterprising students and researchers- Improved collaboration with the regional entrepreneurship ecosystem- Applied entrepreneurship education from Bachelor to PhD- Collaborations with business partners and enterprising VU alumni

Developed a startup summer school with 60 participants into a mature program with over 550 participants and 42 fulltime 2-week courses:- Continuously improved data-driven online marcom strategy- Responsible for budget, programming, planning and workflows- Built partnerships with universities, faculties, professors, ambassadors and commercial partners- Presenter and author for the European Association for International Education (EAIE)

As a freelancer, I contributed to the PR and communication of events related to sustainability, social justice and education. I believe in well-thought-out communication strategies, creatively matching the profile of the target audience so they will be attracted naturally. I'm grateful for collaborations with inspiring clients such as IDFA, WOMEN Inc., VU Amsterdam and many others.

Planning the CJP media, maintaining contact with cultural partners. Fulfill studies among young people, advise cultural institutions on how to reach this target audience. Completed 10-day training in organizing and directing focus groups.
