Overseeing North Asia marketing and PR - China, Japan, South Korea

• Build up PR strategy for the China market• PR budget control• Develop and manage marketing/social media and sales collaterals,etc.• Build up corporate CSR strategy, including not limited to develop and maintain relations with international and local NGOs• Develop and maintain media relationship (financial/real estate) and support on regional events in major cities, such like press event, seminar, grand opening, etc.• Advise and support on crisis management with internal relevant department

• Alongside the wider PR team (based in Chicago & London & Singapore), develop and implement strategic corporate and product PR media plans in accordance with the overall marketing strategy.• PR budget control for the region.• Manage relationships with key media contacts through proactive outreach while maintaining an up-to-date PR contacts database.• Respond to incoming media requests and arrange media interviews with management or analysts.• Manage media events and briefings, as well as client events/ big conversation event /trade show support in region.• Manage content calendar for region, and proactively look for opportunities to utilise existing content in marketing activity.• Write communications that effectively position Mintel’s business segments and its services, including press releases, pitches, blog posts, social media content (Wechat/Weibo/LinkedIn) and ongoing articles with certain media partners.• Manage social media and digital content with sharing across Mintel’s online channels.• Advise team on media interaction and best practice; organize media training for spokesperson.• Regularly monitor the success of PR activities, with a focus on building awareness and generating ROI, for quarterly reporting.• Manage stakeholder relationships in region.• Support Marketing manager to build up and maintain the relationship with trade association

PR• Collaborate with the group PR teams to plan, develop and deliver PR programs such as media gathering, FAM Trip ( medias ,KOLs), handle media visit/interview/shooting, press releases, monthly clipping, gaining awards;• Draft and develop the marketing/PR plan quarterly;E-commerce• Work with global digital marketing team and update property information; • SNS: Leading secondary development of hotel WeChat system, Weibo / WeChat day-to-day maintenance, listing, co-branding movie online campaign with other influential accounts;• Work with internal department to collect monthly/quarterly promotion information of new launch items, develop promotion materials like EDM, e-flyer, etc. to ensure optimal online exposure for hotel’s key messages;• Develop and maintain online KOL s and Bloggers relationship;

Mar.Com• Re-new setup official group website: developing digital framework, managing online marketing vendors, monitor analytics report; Managing and co-working with Japanese, Singapore colleagues on group website maintenance and updating by CMS;• Maintain and update client emailing databases and dealing SEM and SEO• Contact with supplier for designing advertisement on magazine/airport/outdoor LED, mainly charge of marketing collaterals, including leaflets, easy-pullers and flyers;• Taking photos of whole properties in China, update corporate video;• Supporting annual customer event/ property opening event/ industry trade show ;Corp.Com & PR• Involved in CSR programs such as hope school construction, volunteer teacher, etc.;• In charge of drafting internal monthly newsletter/ quarterly corporate magazine;• Monthly media clipping, competitor information monitor, media gathering with commercial/real estate/industry media;Additional• Report to VP about trade association event ,application for corporate awards, dept. budget control status, company gift management, relevant exhibition search mapping.
