Cooperate with HQ China to fulfill different tasks and demands.● Human ResourceLead the recruitment process at South African office, and support HQ with candidate selections;Coordinate South African staff to participate training programs provided by HQ. In the meantime, plan and organize training and team build for South African office, to meet specific request locally;Responsible for C&B management for South African office;Manage medical aid portfolio and organize staff annual health examination;Responsible for South African staff attendance and leave management;Manage expatriates and local employees’ movement such as enrollment, transfer and termination;Responsible for compiling and the application of HR & Admin policies and procedures for South African office;Coordinate with labor inspection and other external issues.● AdministrationManage the CIPC portfolio and liaise with the company secretary;Responsible for expatriates’ work permit application, management and renewal;Staff business trip management, as well as providing support on air tickets, hotel booking and car hire;Liaison with South African office suppliers and contracts management;Responsible for commercial insurance portfolio;Responsible for office operation issues such as health & safety, office maintenance, vehicle management and landlord liaison;Organize and coordinate company events and conferences, as well as receiving business visitors and delegations;Responsible for liaison and maintaining public relations with Chinese Embassy, South Africa-China Economic and Trade Association, Chinese organizations and medias;Participate in compiling various HR & Admin policy and procedures for HQ;Maintenance and management of fixed assets, office supplies and marketing materials;Responsible for expatriates’ daily management, as well as providing necessary support.

● Human ResourceFully responsible for staff recruitment, guide and collaborate with line managers;Drive the employment contracting process, induction and on-boarding process; Implement performance management system by guiding line managers and employees to the correct process and requests;Conduct appropriate research, develop relevant documentation, advise and raise necessary actions with regard to labor relation issues;Set up and participate in internal hearings;Represent the company at the CCMA;Responsible for interpreting remuneration and benefits policies to employees;Responsible for C&B management; Manage employee attendance, leave and overtime;Attend to the employee movement process such as transfer, promotion, resignation and dismissal;Ensure the compliance of company policy and procedures.● AdministrationAttend to Company insurance policies and claims, medical aid, visa/work permit applications, and interact with related service providers;Manage all company external contracts and agreement;Liaise with the company appointed attorneys for all legal issues and cases on behalf of the company;Cooperate and fulfill the tasks assigned by HQ China.
