At the Swedish Maritime Administration, Search and Rescue, I assisted the Training Manager with schedule training for the helicopter crew, organised the training and assisted the instructors with administration and planning. I had the opportuinty to attended HUET and CRM. I was also part of the OP department with daily planning of crew and helicopters.
