Full P&L responsibility of nearly 30M and oversight of company operations. In addition to organic on contract growth Corvus also seamlessly absorbed two additional Castellum acquisitions growing from roughly 15M to 27.5M and more than doubling in headcount from 48 to 119. Control operating costs while maintaining outstanding operational efficiency resulting in most profitable Sector of Castellums portfolio. Expanded our client base and service offerings into a well-rounded portfolio specializing in Electronic Warfare, Information Operations, and Data Analytics. Oversaw and managed various aspects of uplisting from the OTC Market to the NY stock exchange.

Joined shortly after acquisition by Castellum, Inc. to assess and lead corporate transformation. Implemented refined policies and procedures while introducing new technologies in order to maximize efficiencies and profits. Grew revenue from 10.8M to 13.5M in one year without a new major contract win and improved cash balance more than 3-fold establishing a cornerstone for continued Corvus and Castellum expansion. Refined and established organizational standard practices, achieving CMMI and ISO 9001 Certifications in first year of position.

Oversee strategic corporate initiatives in the government services sector. Deliver increased value to MFSI shareholders through both organic growth and strategic acquisition. Develop and expand partnerships to spur growth in new areas of opportunity. Oversee all operational aspects of MFSI and serve as the President of M3GovCon LLC a JV/Prime contract US Army Virtual Recruiting Command 3 year, $10M contract (2018-2020). MFSI was successfully acquired by Castellum Inc.

Daily responsibilities include: identify and present strategic partnering opportunities which further corporate mission and objectives, following intensive due diligence and market analysis. Develop and manage key accounts in both government and private sectors to grow service-related revenue streams while strengthening client and partner relations. Oversee new hire process, to include recruitment and employee integration. Serve as Facility Security Officer (FSO) and manage company’s Top-Secret Facilities Clearance, as well as all employee personal clearances and ongoing security education and training.

Bagram Afghanistan 2008 – 2009 Enhanced Brigade of 5,000+ overseeing operations in Laghman, Kunar, Nurestan, Nangarhar provinces in Eastern Afghanistan. Coordinating multiple lines of effort in synchronizing operations between 12 specialized Task Forces including 4 Provincial Reconstruction Teams and 2 Agricultural Development Teams. DIVISION LIAISON OFFICER Leveraged unparalleled leadership expertise to define conflicting space and resources, and assess and maintain situational awareness of unit operations. Ensured the welfare of US personnel and mission success during strategic interagency planning, including planned expansion of US forces within a critical international combat environment on the border of Afghanistan and Pakistan. Ensured accurate information flow between command centers while representing a Brigade of 5,000+ troops at the highest US military command. In charge of tracking and compliance of Emergency Relief Projects funds of more than $200M and reported directly to General and Brigade Commands.

Fort Hood, Texas 2007 – 2008 A light infantry Brigade consisting of 3,500+ personnel, established specifically for deployment to Eastern Afghanistan to conduct operations along the Pakistan border. Given this mission set, this organization immersed itself in training and the development of standard operating procedures to be used during the impending deployment. AIR DEFENSE COORDINATION OFFICERPlan and direct the creation of a new Air Defense Air Management Cell for combat operations to include; training, equipment acquisition and fielding ($5M), new tactics development and synchronization methods of execution for all Army, Air Force and Navy airspace users.

Served as head of human resources for battalion (831 soldiers and officers) during major transition from Iraq theatre of operations to Fort Campbell, Kentucky.

Selected for command of a Provisional Battery of 121 soldiers for 4 months of strenuous combat. During the seating of parliament, developed and implemented protocols and lead tactics vital to the air defense of the Green Zone, Iraq.

Lead a 15-man unit responsible to plan, and execute daily combat patrols and escort missions in Iraq with 100% success, and integrated multi-national civilian contractors with military personnel. Utilized leadership skills to assess individual team members, build team cohesiveness, conduct comprehensive cross training, mental preparedness and clear understanding of mission. KEY HIGHLIGHTS• Most decorated platoon (as individuals and unit) in Battalion.
