My mission is to propose accurate budgeting of flooring contracts, develop timelines and orchestrate subcontractors with a primary focus in the commercial industry. I handle both new construction and tenant improvements. I enjoy collaborating with architects and designers to specify the right products and installation methods for the needs of the end user. I use Callidus, a computer program to generate color coordinated take off's designing layouts, showing exact seam placement, and digitizing the quantities of materials required for the specific scope. I negotiate pricing on products from our vendors, propose suggested installation methods for specific applications, and coordinate with our installation team precise installation timeframes, techniques and methods. I strive to identify all aspects of the design to better engineer the project using the best techniques & logistics, carefully considering the effects on other trades and their requirements & standards. I plan to ensure the materials & methods exceed the end users performance and maintenance expectations, while staying within the budget. My knowledge of the industry and relationships with different manufacturers allows me to value engineer virtually any project if required. Some of our award winning projects include the Husky Den at U.W, Highline Community College Higher Education Center & U.O's Track & Field Office. Other completed projects include; Seahawks Stadium & Exhibition Center, Children's Hospital of Seattle, Bellevue Hyatt, Suzzallo Library at U.W., Tacoma Convention & Trade Center, Legends Center at U.W, & the Portland Airport.Some of my projects consist of a Clean Tech Laboratory for WSU, an Integrated Research Facility for U of I, Freestanding Hospital for Deaconess, Providence Assisted Living Facility, AT&T, Outback Steakhouse/Bonefish Grill & a High Security Facility at Fairchild Air Force Base.

It uses your gps location to quickly pinpoint the home your at and gives you the listing price, details and pictures that were posted to the MLS. I can set up email alerts informing my clients of new listings that fit their requirements as soon as they go on the market. I negotiate with sellers and their agents while continuing to work for them through closing. I work with the very best mortgage lenders, title agencies, and local vendors to make the process of purchasing your home easy, efficient, and rewarding. I began my career with Great Floors (formally Carpet Center) in our Coeur d' Alene location in 1999 as a warehouseman. I learned the basics of loading jobs, managing & marketing inventory as well as the fundamentals of daily operations. A year later I transferred to our Spokane location on Sprague Ave to manage the warehouse. There I developed my skills on inventory management and overall store operations. I began working with our commercial sales team and expanded my skills from retail & builder logistics to the staging of large commercial projects. I worked with the installers to make sure they were taking the items needed for their particular scope of the work for the project that day. In 2004 the ownership of Great Floors designed & built their flagship location in Coeur d'Alene on Government Way. They transferred me back to manage the warehouse in the new level 300 store. There I managed installers and warehouse staff with sales per month averaging between 1 million and 1.8 million dollars (2004-2007). While overseeing the staff, I was also directly responsible for inventory, shipping and receiving of goods, as well as keeping up with the reordering and stocking of products. As sales decreased after 2007 due to the economy, I chose to increased my responsibilities from managing the warehouse to additionally include the positions of Installation Manager & Claim/Customer Service Manager. A few years later the Assistant Store/Retail Manager position became available, so I moved up to that position. There I learned to read blue prints and work directly with customers in the selection of their flooring & countertops. In 2012 I was asked to transfer to our Spokane Valley location off Indiana Ave to assist the General Manager in operating a location with primarily new associates from sales to warehouse. I currently oversee the retail sales team with sales exceeding 2.5 million dollars per year.
