Teaching didactics and people management are my passions. I am a regional aircraft maintenance coordinator and career teacher focused on developing high performance teams and leaders.My greatest strength is facilitating processes and learning to lead people to achieve goals. I direct people to find for themselves the answers to the problems they are trying to solve, I believe that this is the most efficient way to provide professional growth.I bring in my curriculum the following experiences that allow me to face daily challenges with greater lightness and efficiency:• 32 years of experience in civil aviation, where in the last 13 years I specialized in training leaders and managing projects;• Actively participated in Gol's cultural transformation project as a facilitator for 3 years;• I work as a SCRUM Master and PO in projects, I have a Yellow Belt Certification in Lean Six-Sigma, and I am in the process of obtaining the Green Belt;• I am also a professor and lecturer, for 10 years I taught classes at Faero College in Florianópolis;• I worked as pedagogical coordinator at Aerotd, where I helped in the development of the first online course for Aircraft Maintenance Technicians in Brazil;• I am a certified facilitator by ANAC in CRM (Corporate Resource Management) and certified instructor in SGSO (OPERATIONAL SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM);Specialties: Management of medium and large teams, motivation of people, development of leaders, project management, lectures and instructions, development of organizational culture, management of maintenance bases, development of agile teams.
