• Reviewed and checked the manufacturing and/or as-built drawings of transmission line materials and hardwares for approval.
• Conducted Factory Acceptance Test on the transmission line materials to ensure compliance with NGCP design standards.

• Handled the bidding of turnkey projects for substation and transmission line projects approved by the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC).
• Reviewed the requirements to be bid out in order to identify the bidders to be invited.
• Prepared the bidding documents to be issued to prospective bidders.
• Conducted meetings with end-users and contractors to ensure proper dissemination of information.
• Assisted in the evaluation of the technical and commercial proposals.
• Consolidated and reviewed the result of the evaluation.

Pasig City

• Processed the procurement of substation equipment and materials, and bidding of civil works intended to develop the existing Meralco substations.
• Managed the contract for routine distribution line requirements.
• Acted as the single point of contact between end-user and suppliers/contractors.
• Conducted preliminary evaluation on the technical proposal of the participating bidders.
• Validated the result of technical evaluation conducted by the expert offices.
• Negotiated the price and/or delivery schedule with the lowest technically acceptable supplier, in accordance with Meralco’s Procurement Policy, prior to award.
