• Carrying out daily calculations and analyses for the production of casting products made of plain carbon steel, cast iron and alloys according to their specific technical characteristics
• Performing tasks that are part of the production process such as degating, heat treating (hardening, tempering, quenching), surface cleaning and finishing
• I was also in charge of performing quality control checks on casting products using both non-destructive and destructive methods. Test methods included liquid penetrants inspection, magnetic particle inspection.
