I owned several small TAB outlets in Coburg. Through introducing innovative customer service and staff training and management strategies I grew the business to achieve the highest turnover in Victoria and successfully counter the introduction of poker machines.I was appointed as the Senior Vice President for the TABCORP Agents Association. By utilising a solution-oriented collaborative approach I successfully negotiated with TABCORP senior management on a variety of issues, including achieving increases in agent commission rates. I became the company “voice”, representing TABCORP on radio and television during negotiations relating to media broadcasting contractual agreements.Based on my personal success I was invited by TABCORP to participate in motivational videos to inspire other agents to build their turnover and redesign their business plans.
